32 Weeks - 64 Live Lessons + Zbot Coding Robot

EXPLORER PACKAGE
16 weeks - 32 Live Lessons + Ztronic electronic project board

  • Coding with Zcode: Creating animations, games, and stories.

  • Projects with Ztronic: Developing electronic projects with the Ztronic board.
SCHOLAR PACKAGE
16 weeks - 32 Live Lessons

  • Mobile Application Development: Developing applications for Android and iOS.
  • Python Turtle Coding: Introduction to Python basics and graphics module.
  • Projects with Python: Developing various projects using Python.
Details of the Education Service
  • Prices of promotional items: Zbot (8,000 TRY + VAT), Ztronic (4,000 TRY + VAT)
  • Students access the private platform with a username and password.
  • Virtual classes have 10-15 students and are scheduled based on preferred day/time.
  • Placement in the appropriate class takes a maximum of 20 business days.
  • Two live lessons are provided one day a week. Each lesson lasts approximately 40 minutes.
  • Assignments are uploaded to the system after each lesson.
  • Connectivity and hardware responsibility lies with the student and guardian for online lessons.
  • Lesson recordings can be requested by students.
Order and Payment Terms
  • Education packages can be purchased via the ZTECH website or by online payment or bank transfer.
  • The LEADER package offers 8 installment payments via bank transfer.
  • Students are billed every 4-week education period.
  • Billing is individual; corporate payments are not accepted.
  • Credit card interest rates are not ZTECH's responsibility; please contact the relevant bank.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
  • In case of cancellation after the course starts, promotional and discount amounts will be deducted from the remaining service fee.
  • For cancellation, the ZTECH cancellation form must be filled out and sent to 'info@ztechedu.co'.
  • Apart from force majeure events, cancellation and refund transactions will be calculated based on the non-discounted price.
  • No package changes are allowed after the course begins.
  • ZTECH reserves the right to terminate the service due to overdue installments.
Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The Seller will protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The Buyer's information will not be shared with third parties.

Responsibilities of the Parties
  • The Seller commits to provide the educational service as specified in the contract.
  • Make-up classes are provided in cases of disruptions caused by ZTECH.
  • Parents are responsible for following announcements sent by ZTECH.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this contract are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

Duration and Termination of the Contract
This contract takes effect on the date of signing and ends upon the completion of the educational service. If obligations are not met, the contract may be terminated.
